One-on-One Personal Training
Welcome to the Fitness Specialist Group's One-on-One Personal Training Program. Our personal trainers at the Sun City Anthem Fitness Center can help you reach your goals sooner. They are energetic and qualified.
It is fun working with a trainer and having private instruction. You will learn proper form and technique and save you from injuring yourself if you do it on your own.
We help you stay focused on your goals and maximize your workout by planning everything for you so you don't have to think, just do. Your workouts become more effecient because we can fit a lot more exercises in than you can by doing it on your own.
Our bodies change as we grow older and need attention to detail. Your exercises should be modified to prevent injuries.
Some people work with a trainer on a regular basis while others need a program change every 6 weeks. We have programs to work within your budget so that everyone can have the guidance of a personal trainer. From small group personal training to private training, we have something for everyone.
One-on-One Rate Sheet
Circuit Training with Dawn – Wed and Friday @ 8am
A class designed to be personal for every participant. Each muscle group is included in resistance training with aerobic exercise added to improve cardiovascular performance, and stretches to increase flexibility. A programmed class that includes all aspects of fitness, fun and social interaction.
